Subject: More details please! Lisa Mitchell at the Vanguard tonight

Hello.

Thanks for opportunity to buy tickets to see Lisa Mitchell. However I'm a bit dissapointed at the lack of details about the concert. The venue has no information since its a 'private' concert - there is no information on Ticketek, and no information on your website. I dont even have a confirmation email about my tickets other than my account shows that I bought two.

Basically all I know is the venue and that its at '6.30'. Is that "doors open at 6.30" or show starts at 6.30? Any idea what time Lisa will actually come on? My friend who's coming with me will be running late because of work and wants to know how much she'll miss if she doesn't arrive till 7.30.

Any info would be fab!
