There is a tab on the left hand side of the page Titled, "list your event on Posse" The information it gives is as follows:

For North American events email:usa@posse.com
For UK and European events email:uk@posse.com
For Australian events email:australia@posse.com
It's free to list your event on Posse. You choose what commission you want to offer your fans and we charge you after the event based on how many tickets the network sells. Please note that in order to use Posse today you must either have your event listed or be able to list your event on Ticketmaster (US, UK & Australia), Ticketweb (US & UK), (Live Nation (US), See Tickets (UK) or Moshtix (Australia). If you do not have tickets available on these platforms then please contact your local Posse representative and we'll set it up for you
